	Robert Ramey Group General Manager Robert Ramey oversees the real estate investments of 3 Degrees Asset Management as the Group General Manager of Bintan Lagoon Resort, Indonesia and Baan Yin Dee Resort, Phuket, Thailand. Mr. Ramey is a veteran hotelier with over 20 years of international experience managing top hotels, resorts, country clubs and golf clubs in Asia and the USA. He has achieved an impressive track record of increasing sales, reducing costs and streamlining operations. Previously, he held senior positions with Hilton, the Allson Hotel Group, Phuket Island Hotels and Resorts and the Club Corporation of America. Mr. Ramey received a Bachelor of Science in Aviation / Business Management from Embry-Riddle University at Daytona Beach, Florida and completed various executive programs at Cornell University. An American Citizen, Mr. Ramey currently resides in Indonesia.
	Paul Er Director of Sales and Marketing Paul Er oversees the branding, distribution, marketing and sales activities related to the property investments of 3 Degrees. He is the Director of Sales and Marketing of Bintan Lagoon Resort, Indonesia and Baan Yin Dee Resort, Phuket, Thailand. Mr. Er is a seasoned sales and marketing veteran with over 20 years experience building and leading integrated sales and marketing operations for major international hotel operations. Previously, Mr. Er has held senior positions with American Express, Hilton, Sheraton and the Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts Group. Mr. Er holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. A Malaysian Citizen and Singapore Permanent Resident, Mr. Er presently resides in Singapore.
	Shirley Chin Director of Sales Ms. Chin is the Director of Sales at 3 Degrees. She has over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry in both Front Office operations and Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining 3 Degrees, she was the Director of Business Development at Holiday Inn Atrium. Previously, she worked for Meritus Mandarin in Singapore in a number of sales of marketing positions, including Director of Sales for Corporate and MICE. Ms. Chin holds a Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management and is on the SACEOS sub-committee (Singapore Association of Convention and Exhibition Organizers and Suppliers). She is a Singapore citizen and resides in Singapore.
	Chloe Chua Senior Sales Manager Ms. Chua is Senior Sales Manager with 3 Degrees. She handles all sales activities for the travel trade industry. Prior to joining 3 Degrees, Ms. Chua was the Assistant Director of Sales with the Meritus Mandarin in Singapore. She started her career in hospitality with Tisud International Pte Ltd, of the Dusit Thani Group, where she rose from Sales Executive to Sales Manager. She has considerable sales experience in the corporate, travel and MICE sectors. Ms. Chua graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary, Canada. Ms. Chua is a Singapore citizen and resides in Singapore.
