David Tashjian

Retired Managing Director of Lazard LLC
A recently retired Managing Director of Lazard Capital Markets, Mr. Tashjian was also a Director of High Yield Trading at Salomon Brothers and a founding member of Grantchester Securities, the broker dealer arm of Wasserstein & Perella & Co. The last 15 years of his career were spent at Lazard LLC and Lazard Capital Markets, where he built a highly successful business in trading and investing in distressed assets globally. He was the Head of Global Capital Markets, and served on Lazard's Executive Committee, US Management Committee, Lazard's Asian Board, Lazard's Debt Recovery Fund Board, and other such committees as Global Risk, Underwriting, Compliance and Supervisory, and was a Pension Trustee. An American, Mr. Tashjian holds an MBA from the University of Virginia's Colgate Darden School where he graduated with honors.

Michael Mandel
Retired Founding Partner of Mandel, Katz and Brosnan LLP
An American citizen, Michael J Mandel was the founding member of Mandel, Katz & Brosnan (MKB LLP), a law firm specializing in the area of trading distressed loans and other securities. During his tenure with MKB, Mr. Mandel represented ADF in numerous distressed debt transactions. His Asian experience is significant, encompassing Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand and Singapore. Mr. Mandel was also the founder and managing member of ClearPar LLC, the first widely used web-based platform for the settlement of corporate loan transfers before it was sold in 2004 to Fidelity Information Services. A graduate of Hobart College and St John's School of Law, Mr. Mandel is currently an investor and runs various real estate companies in the USA.
